Who hasn’t ever listened to “Sultans of Swing”, “Romeo and Juliet”, “Brothers in Arms”, “Tunnel of Love” or “Money for Nothing” by dIRE sTRAITS?
“The Great Songs of dIRE sTRAITS” is the new musical show by Óscar Rosende and his new band gREAT sTRAITS, paying tribute to the successful musical career of dIRE sTRAITS.
A true sonic journey that allows audiences to once again enjoy live the magic of all the great hits composed by Mark Knopfler, featuring a stage production unique in Europe, nine outstanding musicians on stage, and the endorsement of Óscar Rosende — a guitarist from A Coruña who even managed to confuse the Scottish musician himself and his band. According to Guy Fletcher (keyboardist of dIRE sTRAITS): “I was listening to Why Aye Man and I have to say I thought it was one of our recordings.”
Approximate duration: 145 minutes
