“Vaiana is a young sea-loving girl and the only daughter of the chief of the village of Motunui. When the fishermen of her village can no longer catch fish and all the crops begin to fail, Vaiana discovers that the demigod Maui caused the misfortune after stealing the heart of the goddess Te Fiti. The only way to save the fate of the island is to persuade Maui to return the heart to Te Fiti. Vaiana then embarks on a risky adventure alongside the demigod Maui to save her village.”
